Project Overview

Cithr, an American/Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, and musical producer, reached out during the creation of his first EP to shape his visual identity.

Inspiration

The overall design theme was to match and enhance his presence alongside notable collaborations with 5v, YungJZAisDead, Adharmasatru, Safehold, Pnut, SEBii, Trippythakid, Le Play, dxsh, ggravee, and Scryer. Video games such as Kingdom Hearts and World of Warcraft were heavily referenced.

Design Development

Collaborating closely with him, I transformed his unique musical sound and concepts into a cohesive visual brand. Together, we created and established whole worlds with lore from simple written ideas.

Design System

The final design was created with the intention to be flexible with minimal restrictions. Individual logo elements are responsive and intended to be scaled for digital and print application; such as music streaming platforms and limited physical releases.
